Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of all personal data Adash holds about you at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data we hold

When you connect your business account to Adash, we may store the following data associated with your Meta accounts (WhatsApp, Instagram, Threads):

  • Your Instagram Business Account ID and display name
  • Your WhatsApp Business phone number
  • Access tokens used to send and receive messages on your behalf
  • Conversation history between your customers and your AI agent
  • Your business name, email address, and subscription information

How to delete your data

Option A — Self-service (instant)

Log in to your Adash account, go to Settings → Account, and click "Delete account". This will immediately:

  • Revoke all connected channel tokens (WhatsApp, Instagram, Threads)
  • Delete all conversation history
  • Delete your knowledge base and all uploaded documents
  • Permanently delete your account within 30 days

Option B — Contact support

If you no longer have access to your account, email us at support@adash.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens after deletion

  • All personal data and conversation history is permanently deleted from our databases
  • All Meta access tokens are revoked immediately
  • Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics (no personal data) may be retained for platform analytics
  • You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete

Deletion is irreversible. If you wish to use Adash again after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
